Our renowned Tuna Festival brings in sashimi lovers from all over the Detroit metropolitan area. We welcome you to come observe the carving and taste various parts of the tuna, held twice a year in March and in October.
This festival features a large size Blue Fin tuna, the king of Tuna, commonly weighs more than 150 lb, caught and freshly air-shipped to Izakaya Sanpei.
In this event, guests enjoy a seven-course meal including delicate cuts of assorted parts from Blue Fin Tuna. Reservation is accepted all year round. It is highly recommended to contact us ahead of time to reserve your spot.
